Beliefs on The LGBTQ+ Community:

"Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who practice homosexuality,  nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God" (1 Corinthians 6:9-10).

"The sexually immoral, men who practice homosexuality..." (1 Timothy 1:10).

The Bible, on many different occasions, states the practice of homosexuality is sinful. We can love them, but supporting their sin wouldn't make much sense. For example, do we love those who smoke? Certainly so, we don't enjoy the action of smoking, but we love the person.

"For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet," (Romans 1:26-27 KJV).

"Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is an abomination." (Leviticus 18:22). Keep in mind this is old testament law meaning it no longer applies to us; still, I thought there'd be no reason not to add it as it shows that the idea of it was still sinful back then.

Refuting Arguments Against It:

Some people have claimed that the word for homosexual does not actually mean homosexual in the Greek; however, an objective look at it only confirms the case that it is a sin. The Greek word is "ἀρσενοκοῖται." Male: "ἀρσενο." Mat/bed(verb): "κοῖται." A man who beds. As the verses directly relate to sexual immoralities, what the term means is men who bed with one another.
