How Do I Give God My Problems?

In first Peter, it says this, "7 casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7 NASB1995). Now what is this verse telling us to do? Just pray to God and tell him your struggles and anxieties. Believe it or not, but he wants to hear it! He cares about you, so, therefore, he is going to listen to you!
