Is Christianity a Relationship or a Religion?

Well, what qualifies as a relationship? Google defines it as, "the way in which two or more concepts, objects, or people are connected, or the state of being connected." By this definition, Christianity certainly follows this definition, being a relationship with God! What about religion? Religion is defined by Google as "the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods." Christianity obliviously follows this definition as well. So it would have to be both.
