Why do Christians Celebrate Jesus' Birthday on December 25th?

The reason is it was an early calculation by church fathers. One report by St. Hippolytus of Rome who was born in 170 AD wrote, "For the first advent of our Lord in the flesh(Jesus), when he was born in Bethlehem, was December 25th, a Wednesday."

There are, however, some issues with this estimate. The primary reason was that at the time it was a common assumption that Jesus was conceived and died on the same day. Sextus Africanus and Tertullian calculated the date of the Passover he was born on. They came to the date March 25th, nine months after March makes December 25th.
