Is God's Presence in Hell?
It can be a confusing subject when thinking of God's qualities and Hell. Many will claim that as God is so loving he would not force people to be with him, but is this an accurate statement? "The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb," (Revelations 14:10 KJV). According to Revelations, those in Hell are still in the presence of the lamb(or Jesus, who is God). So the answer is yes, but what sort of presence becomes the next question and it is hard to say.
Some say this presence is merely them watching those being judged yet they are unable to see or feel them, but it is hard to say. "Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power," (2 Thessalonians 1:9 KJV). This verse seems to signify the idea that Hell is a significant negation of his presence.
