How Can Heaven Have no Sin, Yet There Still Exist Freewill?

Let us say a man gets in his car and texts while he drives. Unfortunately, on this day he got in a car accident due to his habit of texting and driving. The man survived and he no longer texts and drives. He may still desire to do it, but he now knows the harm it can cause one's self. This is equivalent to being in heaven. We'll be in a perfect place and won't desire to bring sin into it. We'll know that sin would ruin it.
